Holdens Computer Services first supplied a bespoke computer programme for storing and retrieving images to a specification drawn up by a hospital Medical Illustration department in 1984!

Almost 20 years later, after extensive development by Seventh Wave Media Ltd and Interface ITS Ltd, MeDAMS has evolved.

Today, with a unique patient index at the heart of the solution and all information and images stored in a unique patient "folder", the system facilitates secure and speedy access and maintenance of information through a multi-search, audited facility.

Extensive importing, exporting and reporting of data come as standard as does comprehensive label printing and a costing - other specific requirements can be developed on an individual basis.

MeDAMS is platform independent, Apple and PC's are fully supported as client only or client/server based systems. Support for SQL interconnectivity gives access to regional/national database information ensuring that much legacy hardware, software and programmes can be utilised.
